I just want to thank you for restoring my health and well being through the programs that you offer.

I began in February with a liver and gallbaldder cleanse, a candida yeast month long program and of course, a three month weight loss regiment and still continuing to shed those unwanted fat pounds. I feel like a whole new person and full of energy. It is amazing that what we eat and drink can make such a difference in healing our body or destroying it.

As I reflect back into the "Old Testament", the prophet Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the King's meat, nor with the wine which he drank, Daniel I. vs.8. Daniel requested pulse to eat (herbs) and water to drink and remained strong and alert compared to the King's servants. I believe God in all his wisdom made a good point. We are what we eat & drink!

John, you are blessed with the knowledge and ability to help restore people back to good health and also have an efficient, pleasant, hardworking staff to assist you.

Thank you all for helping me on my journey to better health. Since I started going to Alternative Health in July of 2011, I have lost over 45 inches and dropped 4 dress sizes. But even more important is that I feel so much better. I have no more heartburn or acid reflux, I sleep more soundly and my cholesterol went from 243 to 186 in less than 6 months without taking any medications. I have learned a whole new way of eating that is so much healthier and actually taste better. I no longer crave the foods that I used to think I could never give up. "When I haven’t seen my friends for a while, they always greet me with “WOW…Carol! You look great! What are you doing?” It is amazing to my friends and family how far I have come in ten months of participating in the Alternative Health lifestyle.



I first learned about the program when I saw a sign outside the office door that said, “Are You Sick & Tired of Being Sick & Tired?” Dee saw me reading the sign and invited me in to talk to John. I was limping, having difficulty navigating steps and stairs, in pain and swelling, had lost mobility and flexibility and my health was just not great. John spoke to me about the Candida Program and I began in January 2009. Within the first month, I had lost nearly ten pounds and there was marked improvement in my walk and my mobility. I decided to keep doing the program.

I have had several emotional setbacks during this program, but the encouragement of Dee, John and Mina and the other girls who call me once a day to answer my questions and support my progress has been very helpful. The herbal supplements I am taking have enabled me to get off 24/7 paid medications. The chocolate shakes are my favorite and are helpful when I get busy and don’t have time for a meal. I drink half my body weight in filtered water every day, which aids in the monthly three-day detox program, which I have stretched to four days. I always feel better after flushing my body of its toxins. And the footbaths and body wraps are relaxing as well as helpful in flushing out the toxins and helping to get rid of fat cells. I also receive a massage at least once a month, which has been, not only relaxing physically and mentally, but has also helped to relieve the muscle pain and toxicity. In addition, the chronic inflammation in my body has decreased substantially.

After 6 months of weight loss, I have lost over 41 pounds, 39 pounds of body fat and 53 total body inches. I’ve gone from a women’s size 24 to a size 18 and moving downward! Most of all, I am walking easier, negotiating steps and stairs and am able to bend down to put on my shoes. My fibromyalgia has eased up tremendously and the pain is greatly reduced and mobility increased. I feel better emotionally and physically. I have learned a better way of eating that is doable and sustainable. I feel healthier than I have felt in a very long time. And my husband, Jack, is very pleased with my progress and remarks every day that I am, “looking good!”

I first heard about Alternative Health by my chiropractor, he explained to me that his wife had a similar problem like mine and I should take a look at this type of treatment. I gave some thought, but I decided to wait.
I was always exhausted. I felt run down with no life at all; I had really bad fibroids, which made me bleed constantly (with non stop) for straight ten months. My health was affecting my job performance as well as many other aspects of my life. I had no hope. I knew I needed to make a change. So, I gave Alternative Health a call and I spoke with John; I admit that I was hesitating at first, because I live in Florida and I did my consultation over the phone, in my head I thought "How could that be possible?" After a long conversation with my husband I said: This will be my last resource, after going to many doctors with no solution, I had to do something!
Within the first 16 days on the Candida Program I began to feel better; no more bleeding, I could not believe it!
I was after a long time starting to feel good, what a dream for me! The best of all was not having to go thru surgery like other doctors had suggested, it was a miracle to me.
Now I am finishing my program, healthy, excited and really happy that I had found Alternative Health on time! It changed my life!

"First of all I like to thank you for introducing me to the Alternative Health program. Since being on the program, I feel so uplifted, vivacious and full of life.


I wanted advised you that since in 1973 I have had high blood pressure, cholesterol and was diagnosed with thyroid growth. I felt so tired and lifeless that I was unable to interact with the people around me; co-workers, friends, family and especially my grandson. But since I have discovered your program I am so excited and relieved that I’ve not taken any blood pressure pills, my cholesterol count is at a record low and my thyroid has diminished.
